Universal Insurance has contracted KeyLimeTie to expand its internal business applications and customer-facing web site to improve the service they provide to their policyholders since 2007.
Throughout 2009, KeyLimeTie has improved and added functionality to the various systems employed at Universal, including:
- Enabling eCheck payments
- Adding single sign-on capabilities
- Improving agency management systems
- Adding consumer options to the quoting process
